1. Who we are

Seasonal.Studio is an independent UK creative studio offering atmospheric web design, digital product concepts, licensing options, and related support services. These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use this website, enquire about a licence, purchase or receive digital materials, and work with the studio.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting Seasonal.Studio, requesting a licence, purchasing a digital product, downloading studio materials, or commissioning related work, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If a separate written licence agreement, order confirmation, or statement of work is provided, that document will apply alongside these terms.

If there is a conflict between these general terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will take priority for that specific project or licence.

3. Digital products and licensed materials

Licensed materials may include code modules, interface patterns, atmospheric interaction systems, design assets, documentation, written guidance, templates, or other digital files supplied by Seasonal.Studio. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these materials are licensed, not sold.

Your licence tier, permitted use, delivery format, payment terms, and any support allowance will be confirmed before purchase or delivery. You must only use the materials within the scope of the licence you have obtained.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

Seasonal.Studio retains ownership of its original visuals, layouts, writing, code, design systems, product concepts, documentation, and other creative materials unless ownership transfer is expressly agreed in writing.

A licence allows you to use the agreed materials for the agreed purpose. It does not give you permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, publish, or claim ownership of Seasonal.Studio materials unless those rights are specifically included in your written licence.

5. Purchases, payment, and delivery

Prices, licence tiers, and availability may change over time. Any confirmed quote or invoice will state the relevant price and payment requirements. Digital materials are normally delivered electronically after payment or according to the schedule agreed in writing.

You are responsible for checking that the selected licence is suitable for your intended use before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact the studio before completing a purchase or implementation.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because licensed digital materials may be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately after delivery, refunds are not guaranteed once digital access has been supplied, unless required by law or agreed in writing.

For bespoke work, cancellation terms will depend on the scope, schedule, and work already completed. Any project-specific cancellation terms should be confirmed before work begins.

7. Support and maintenance

Support is provided only where it is included in your licence, purchase, or written agreement. Support may cover reasonable setup guidance, integration questions, documentation clarification, and bug reports relating to Seasonal.Studio materials.

Maintenance, roadmap updates, compatibility changes, customisation, and implementation work are separate from general support unless expressly included. See the Support Policy and Maintenance Roadmap for more context.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or supplied materials, attempt to bypass security, copy protected content without permission, use materials outside your licence scope, or use Seasonal.Studio work in a way that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing.

9. Third-party services

Seasonal.Studio may link to or integrate with third-party tools, hosting providers, payment providers, APIs, fonts, libraries, or platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Seasonal.Studio is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, or external policies.

10. Limitation of liability

Seasonal.Studio materials are provided with care, but digital products and creative systems may require adaptation for your environment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasonal.Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, business interruption, data loss, platform changes, or issues caused by third-party services, local implementation, or unauthorised modification.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions are effective from August 2026. Seasonal.Studio may update them to reflect new products, licensing options, support arrangements, or legal requirements. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date unless a written agreement states otherwise.
